Mandatory Format:

Mandatory for Issuing:

Phased roll-out: 1 November 2025: Large taxpayers with an annual turnover of 5 billion NGN (ca. 3 million EUR) 1 July 2026: Medium Taxpayers with an annual turnover between 1 billion NGN – 5 billion NGN (ca. 631,800 EUR - 3 million EUR) 1 July 2027: Emerging Taxpayers with an annual turnover of less than 1 billion NGN (ca. 631,800 EUR)

Mandatory FIRS Cryptographic Stamp Identifier

Archiving Period:

6 years (Companies Income Act) 7 years for e-invoices upon request by the Tax Authorities
