Costa Rica's Ministry of Finance has released updated XSD schemas for electronic vouchers under version 4.4, effective for voluntary adoption from April 22, 2026, and mandatory from November 1, 2026. The update introduces no new structural nodes but expands field precision, relaxes validation rules, and adds new document type and reference codes.
