ARCA has issued a new resolution consolidating and updating receipt issuance rules across the country's invoicing system, including a new monthly electronic settlement regime, revised deadlines, stricter identification thresholds, and unification of the surety insurance system. Changes take effect July 1, 2026, with phased implementation through March 2027.
